Bridport Reserves 2 Swans 2
Swans shared the points with Bridport Reserves at St Mary's Field in The Dorset Premier League.
Following quite a scrappy opening the Bees opened the scoring when Ashley Smith headed home from a corner. Both sides went close and keeper Brad Smith saved his side with smart saves, at the other end Albie Turner produced the equaliser with a great finish in the bottom corner from just inside the box. Cohen Lee went close when his shot hit the post and Cody Moore was prominent and went close just before the interval. H.T. 1-1.
The second half proved to be an even affair, although Swans didn't look their usual self and lacked cohesion. Bridport went ahead with an identical goal on 55 minutes when Jake Mansley headed home from a corner. Five minutes later Swans levelled following a Marcus Smith free kick Josh Reavenall-Nuete managed the faintest touch to divert Charlie Pitt's shot past the helpless keeper.
Quite a disjointed performance, however the unbeaten league run is 10 games since Craig Adams took the reins.
Post match Swans boss Craig Adams said "We got away with one today and dug out a result. The last couple of weeks have taken their toll on our squad and we looked tired. Take nothing away from our opponents who are definitely in a false position in the table. We dust ourselves down, learn and move on".
